• Redesign the My Accounts mobile app for more balance between rapid access to accounts, personalised guidance towards new financial services and personalised coaching

• Rethink the app’s UX and UI to maintain rapid access to everyday services (check account balances, transfers, account ID) while integrating financial services (mobile payment, digital key, stock exchange, insurance, loans)
