Franprix: Customer relations programme
Objective
• Build awareness of the new Bibi Franprix programme
Approach
• Action plan to launch Bibi for employees, customers and the general public
• Create communication media for the launch campaign (store displays, print and video, social media, press relations, goodies, etc.)
• Organise two waves of month-long events in nearly 700 stores (Paris/Paris region, Lyon, Marseille)
